Hashflare asking for feedback

In this account I have about $1700 invested.

I have invested in hashflare since December 2017. My daily profits have steadily declined since bitcoin reached its peak in Dec/January time frame.

Im making about $2 a day after the maintenance fee.

When I logged in today I received a very interesting message from the company.

I must say that I appreciate the company wanting to get feedback from customers to find out what is the likely hood that we would refer the company to friend. As you can see my answer was 100% truthful. I said I cannot in good faith recommend anyone to join or promote the company because the mining contracts are not profitable. One issue is the maintenance fee is too high. The bitcoin price going to the low levels its reached has caused maintence fees to eat into most of the daily profit for investors.

I believe hashflare is a legit company, and they care about their customers so they will make a change if they receive a strong response through these surveys.

I think the only temporary solution is to lower fees so that miners can recoup some of their investments and begin to promote the company again.
