People blame or credit US presidents for what the economy is doing. The boom/bust cycle has been going on since America was a British Colony in the 1600's. Ignore the political noise concerning the economy. We have a pullback (recession) coming no matter who is in office. Start getting ready.
The recession and the boom have been in a cycle, but the President has more or less influenced the trend of the economy.
