George Soros is a great investor and as such is interested in the gain, not the technology behind the cryptocurrency, we can also consider he is not a manipulator but the biggest shark shark, ready to enter and invest billions to get more income.

So at this moment where the crypto is i definitely in a bearish period, this authorization to operate in Bitcoin's trading is not seen positively but carefully, as it could move arbitrarily manipulating the market with huge flows of money, rubbing the fundamentals, the curves and of the usual technical analysis.
