New NiceHash Miner v2.0.1.1 for NVIDIA GPU mining released today

Hot on the heels of yesterday's v2.0.1.0 release which added support for dual mining on NVIDIA cards (e.g. DaggerHashimoto+Decred on a single GPU) NiceHash have released a bugfix 2.0.1.1 which resolves a problem with the excavator_server auto starting.
