I'm not in any of those "prepump" groups who get the coin name in advance, though I've still made money off P&D groups by being a regular member just by acting extremely fast by using my own bot. I did nowhere near the prepump members/admins for sure, but if you are fast enough it's still profitable. Of course, as it's a flash pump (and dump), if you are not fast enough you are at the losing side for sure. So for anyone reading this: be extra careful. If you can't literally buy the coin in about ~5 seconds, don't buy.
