It's a well know fact that 50-60% of all the Bitcoin nodes reside with just 3-4 ISPs.

This is one of the worst things about how bitcoin has evolved. Satoshi saw the idea of people mining bitcoin if the price was too expensive. But, what has happened is that a few bitcoin miners have become giants and basically make it impossible for little guys to do anything (by themselves).

And so, centralization has happened in bitcoin. And that really isn't good.

Well, it is by design. Bitcoin holds a lottery for who gets the bitcoin from all who mined blocks.
Instead of a system that pays every miner a little bit. Or a system that incrementally gets stronger with each miner added (not proof of work)
