I think it will damage some of the smaller ICOs and cryptocurrency business trying to be legit in the US. It will just give people a reason to build there business else where and do everything outside the US as much as possible. Many ICOs and business already saw it coming so they already started doing this.
Agreed but the bigger ones get hit the price at least temporarily will go down with em
