A working document of the services was published on May 18 by the Bank of England. In this, different scenarios of possible risks and sections aimed at the financial stability of digital currencies are exposed. In addition, this document has three CBDC models depending on the sectors that have access to CBDC.

Access to financial institutions is limited to banks and NBFIs to interact with the central bank. Access to the different CBDCs is granted to banks and NBFIs, households and different companies. This means that a CBDC can serve as real money for the agents that make up the economy. In addition, the report advises to use a CBDC CBBC purchase and sale exchange for companies and households in exchange for deposits.

At least one financial institution would be acting as a "narrow bank"
Access is limited to banks and IFNB for the access to narrow banks model supported by the CBDC. On the other hand, the report explains that after the approach there is no reason to believe in an adverse effect. Similarly, it confirms that more models and different deep investigations are needed to make a more concrete determination.

The introduction of CBDCs and the impact on the banking system is being studied through central banks. Therefore, the Norwegian central bank shared a working document on CBDCs. In this, the aspects that they consider should be very studied when evaluating the issuance of a CBDC are taken into account. On the other hand, the government of Switzerland requested a report on risks and opportunities of a crypto itself. This proposal seeks to examine and clarify the legal, economic and financial aspects of the digital franc.
