I'm actually surprised the percentage saying they have ever owned it is 14%. That seems high to me. That is 42 Million people approximately that have owned it. It just seems like a lot.
Those were my thoughts as well. The sample size probably affected this as it would't take many people in the sample owning bitcoin to really slant the results when talking about such a small percentage...
