Why is Bitcoin Important?

Technology over the years has shown us time and again that we are making progress. These advancements push the envelope and are the driving force necessary for further development. As many other great inventions (the colt revolver, printing press and the Internet) bitcoin has introduced the natural evolution to money. Like water, its fluid and disruptive nature will eventually bring our archaic systems to a halt. Either that, or force them to reevaluate their designs. The cat is out of the bag, and like all things in this field they move at lightning speed. I have to agree with Roger Ver that right now is an exciting time to be alive. Thank you for reading my short series and I hope you were able to get familiar with this digital currency.
