Mt Gox announcement - Commencement of Civil Rehabilitation Proceedings
So, What it means? 🤔
Mostly good news:
- Trustee won’t be able to sell more BTC.
- They plan on giving back in bitcoins rather than the USD value of the bitcoin at the time of bankruptcy.
- Everyone (victims) must refile claims by October this year.
Bad news:
- Some creditors (victims) still will sell BTCs, so that will hang over market till next year.
