I have to say that John Oliver's skit on cryptos was fairly balanced. He specifically stated that he doesn't think all cryptos are scams, unlike many other statists and hack "economists" like Paul Krugman, who have been trying their best to equate bitcoin with a Ponzi scheme.

EOS is launching their main net in less than 3 months. I bet he didn't know that. I know what he meant about being careful when investing in a crypto that doesn't have a product but their's is right around the corner compared to some others.
