Will they ban exchanges for sure?
Let me get my dinner first, so I can sit down and watch my favorite daily crypto-dinner show while I eat! Who needs the news, or any other television program to watch, when I've got exactly what I need right here!

Man I hope not but, you know this will not stop anything really.
Crypto will exist even if china decide to ban it.
Hopefully, China makes it's stance clear soon and doesn't take to long. We can move on from there. It will make a good buying time. If they ban exchanges can the Chinese people work around it, and would it be too risky for them to try? Crypto will move on but that would be a lot of people left out of the market.
The first ICO that successfully executes (not vapourware) a decentralized exchange will be huge. Waiting.
