Could be that the chinese goverment is fluding NEO ? big goverment whales are posible, and for big money is not a great amount of money
There maybe some element of it being hyped but i see NEO as the ETH of China. China always like to have their own alternative and NEO may just be it! Not because it want to be free of outside influence but to protect itself incase anything goes wrong with ETH or anything else. It is more like a fall back plan then anything.

There is a huge HYPE around NEO. It really got out of hand and the value really does not project the current progress around the project.
It's also hard to give value to a project. You have to look at the history of several other projects to give it a rough guess. And still it might not be accurate.

I am hoping for the pull back. I think it most likely will be closer 4.5-5k when it happens. For day trading I don't have enough skin in the game to make moving around altcoins profitable. The service fees would bleed me dry..lol
