The last few days have been wildly speculated, guessed, suspected and the truth is out there somewhere. So many self-proclaimed crypto experts out there, but no one sees it coming and then the panic is great every time again. The psychological aspect of hodlers, traders and especially newcomers is always interesting.

I will tell you my view of the last days to the experienced "crash". I myself have only been integrated into the cryptosystem since August 2017 and have been continuously educated in the course of time and got all the information I need. Despite the crash, my investment is still well into the black. I myself remained calm even during the supposed crash, didn't sell anything and will simply continue to HODL until the market has recovered somewhat. But what exactly happened?

Individuals are only a small part of the cryptographic market, chasing the dream of becoming millionaires. However, there are also large companies that invest millions in the cryptomarket. They are already thinking about how the new year will continue in December. It is planned and this at a level on which most individuals are not capable.

If we look at the overall market capitalisation, we can see that there was a slight upward trend until 17 December, which then stagnated until 31 December. The companies have completed their annual balance sheets and don't want to shoot them up any more and the market remains calm.

In the second chart, we can see that market capitalisation has shot up completely since 1 January and increased by 33% by 8 January from 600B$ to 800B$. I beg of you: It is obvious that this cannot be a healthy increase and the correction had to follow! This crash is also healthy. It protects us from the bursting of a bubble. If there were not a correction, it would be worse in my opinion.

Funny enough, it happens every year anew and every year we see the same panic.

So: Don't panic, the worst is over now and now things are going uphill again!

The lowest point of the year so far has always been early/mid-January and then it went up. We are now out of the crash and can enjoy the crypto-rollercoaster again until next year.
