Bitcoin: The Wolf on Top

Woah that caught your attention!
If you would have invested INR 4500 or 65 $ in 2010, that investment would be worth INR 459 crores or 65 million $ (atleast in December 2017). Now that Bitcoin's prices have taken a huge fall, the figure would be equivalently low. However you get the picture. If you would have just invested a minimal amount in a technology that we probably didn't understand in 2010 you would have been a millionaire by now. And if that isn't the reason, amongst million others, why we should be taking the topic of cryptocurrencies and blockchain seriously, then what is!

Ofcourse, not all who did invest in cryptocurrencies recently, went ahead to become millionaires. Just recently, I was reading an article from NY times, which stated that a guy from England who invested 23000 $ (INR 16 lakhs) in cryptocurrencies is now worth 4000 $ (INR 3 Lakhs) due to hit faced by cryptocurrency markets in recent times. But then, there are these other statistics which we cannot deny. The figure shows the growth of bitcoin as compared to companies like google and apple.

The recent fall in market has people saying the bubble has burst. But then this wolf has already made a home on the top of the hill. The technology, the currency is one of a kind and you cannot deny the power that has already been proven.
