It's a start. market holding steady. Quite a lot happening still but they follow a basic pattern - > refund projects. stop icos. crypto itself is safe
Yeah. I'm happy to see NEO had some increase today. The refund that they are doing is great. Crypto is safe for real. Better than other projects I've been involved in. Just kinda volatile at this stage of its development. I believe a time would come when it won't be this volatile.
