The Survey Is In - Bitcoin Value Could Be $196,165.79 Per Coin!
This survey was conduced by lendedu and can be fully looked at here - https://lendedu.com/blog/investing-in-bitcoin puts the pegged value of one bitcoin reaching as high as $196,165.79!!!!
Yup you read that right...

Now I know I know that's far away and also much has to happen. Plus the survey interviewed 564 Americans who are currently invested in bitcoin so of course the data is not that good. However within the full survey report gives you a pretty good idea of how people feel about bitcoin and here are some of my take away from it.

a. 21.81% of respondents answered "Bitcoin is a long term store of value, like gold or silver."
b. 40.78% of respondents answered "I believe Bitcoin is a world changing technology."
c. 14.01% of respondents answered "I believe that the price of Bitcoin is too low, and will only go higher."
d. 15.25% of respondents answered "A friend, family member, or another trustworthy source convinced me to invest."
e. 8.16% of respondents answered "I plan on using Bitcoin for transactions or purchases, and less of an investment."
- How long do you plan to hold your Bitcoin investment?
a. 16.49% of respondents answered "Less than 1 year"
b. 39.54% of respondents answered "1 to 3 years"
c. 22.34% of respondents answered "4 to 6 years"
d. 9.93% of respondents answered "7 to 10 years"
e. 11.70% of respondents answered "Over 10 years"
One of the ones that really opened my eyes as "Why are consumers Investing in bitcoin?" With only 8.16% said they are going to use bitcoin for transactions while the rest all looked at is as a store of value. That's 91-92% of these survey people saying its a long store of value.
This shows that the general overall idea currently in peoples heads is bitcoin is more a store of value while something else would be used for day to day transactions. We see that rather clearing today when we look at markets. Money flows into bitcoin and then some is dispersed into buying other cryptos that have faster transactions.
What is clear though is 2018 looks like one crazy year to come where things are really going to shake up where bitcoin becomes world wide adopted no matter how much governments fight back. It will either be adoption or total ban and to me I feel it will be adopted in some way there is to much pressure not to.
The future of bitcoin is not longer ambiguous. We can all see that the end is more value to be gained than what's already gained.
As more and more people discover the potential of bitcoin all over the world, we will become more near and nearer to this prediction
Exactly the general trend is upwards there will be corrections along the way but its being mass adopted now and has been through the ringer a number of times and always has come out on top and outbeat predictions.
