There is only so much money in the world. If another system such as Facebook uses a stable coin it means people will simply exchange dollars for Facebooks stable coin. That money wont ever touch Bitcoin or be traded for bitcoin. This then leads us to less usage of bitcoin as Facebooks etc sable coins replace the transactions.
