Cryptocurrency investing and speculating

The purpose of this blog is to document crypto trades and see if it's possible to significantly beat the market. Main objective is to make profit in fiat currency (EUR) as well as in BTC terms and also achieve higher ROI than the overall crypto market. The portfolio performance will be measured based on data from Coinmarketcap.
Here are some rules and initial conditions

  • starting capital 10000 EUR
  • usually 100% of capital will be invested in crypto
  • derivatives might be used (mostly BTC options and futures)
  • at least 1/3 of cryptoportfolio value will stay in BTC
  • long term trades will be based on fundamentals and analysis will be provided
  • short term trades might be based on technical analysis or news and not much explanation will be given
  • fees will be included in every trade
