What is Bitcoin ATM Project

Bitcoin ATM project is a crowdfunded operation in the purchase and maintenance of Bitcoin ATMs across the United States. Fees generated from the usage of the ATMs will be made available to investors in the project via a revenue share model.

CryptoCoin Card

Bitcoin ATM Project will be releasing its own native CryptoCoin Card that facilitate in the operations of the Bitcoin ATMs. The CRYPTOCOIN CARD card bridges the gap between cryptocurrency and today's credit/debit card-based financial market by providing a truly crypto-based, anonymous and private solution. Funds are sent and received in cryptocurrency, allowing the card and its usage to operate independently of the VISA/ MasterCard based major card markets and their limitations - including needing to provide identity verification in order to receive a card. The CryptoCoin card can store access to all of your Ether, Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency wallets in one convenient location. There is no longer a need to remember or carry with you lengthy passwords or private keys for various crypto-wallets.

Integration with Merchants

Physical merchants and retailers who wish to accept Bitcoin or other cryptocurrency can now easily do so - by using the CryptoCoin card! All they need to have is a Square reader (or any similar reader made by other companies) alongside our Point of Sale App to process payments.

CCO Token Revenue Share Share

At any time, a holder of CCO can redeem their pro-rata share of each token or coin held by the CCO Asset Contract. The 1% usage fee accruals will be made available quarterly - and subtracted from the Contract as CCO holders redeem them.

Token Metrics

The initial token supply will be a fixed number according to that sold during the sale plus an approximate 2% of the total sold being allotted to Bounty participants. The cost per token will be dependent on the amount raised during crowdsale (see table below). A minimum funding goal of~750 ETH ($250,000 USD) will be needed to unlock the project viability.

Token Pre-Sale & ICO

Stage 1: Pre-Sale will run from October 22 to November 1, 2017. Stage 2: Pre-ICO will run from November 1 to November 11, 2017. Stage 3: ICO will run from November 11 to December 10, 2017. CryptoCoins (CCO) can be purchased during the sales with a variety of payment methods, including cryptocurrency (Ether and Bitcoin, and more), and credit/debit card or ACH bank transfer.

Fund Distribution

Approximately 85% of the funds received will be used towards the purchasing, shipping and setup of Bitcoin ATMs from the manufacturer and their national distribution. The remaining estimated approximate 15% of the funds received will go towards the final design and production of the CryptoCoin debit cards, and the programming and release of the payment server, web interface, and mobile apps along with integrating the platform into the Bitcoin ATMs.
