I think it is a very good way to invest small amounts of BTC. One key thing to remember is that websites like these do tend to come and go, so the earlier you sign up and make your earning the better off you are.
This website in particular claims to have a system in which they are able to buy sell and trade coins so that he maximum profit is made for them after they invest your coins you deposited. Which is when you get the .3% ( every 4 hours of course).
