    He's saying that Bitcoin will likely rise, although there is a small chance that it may fall. Either way, Bitcoin is not going to be trading sideways for much longer and Bitcoin will continue to go up in the long run.

    That's what happens in corrections, you never know when the uptrend will be on again ...
    It will go to 25k$, maybe take the path of 10k$, or not, but will go to 25k$.
