I simply don't have the time to daytrade so I'm mostly holding.

What you should have noticed already among all these alt calls by @haejin is that many are just on wave 1-3, so there is still plenty of time to hold. Anyway what I find useful is to point on certain limits where you as example take 10% of your profits out. The gains are still so huge that it wont hurt your budget that much and on the other hand it is a great stress-relief when you are slowly cashing out from time to time.
