I cross referenced some data today and provide you this info. It seems to line up so far. We cannot ever be 100% sure or accurate, but both sites (named for you here) show similar info.

Take note of the CONCENTRATION in certain areas. That data is telling to me, as to what locations are most Bitcoin / Crypt friendly in terms of policy, adoption, and user adoption in terms of policy/demographics, etc.
