South Korea just said they want to ban cryptocurrencies to fear the new investors and make the price as low as possible to buy massive quantity at the lowest price.
Then the price rise again and everybody who panic lost money . (Thanks whales)

It's the people that owns crypto currencies, not the government. This is the people's event irrespective of the body language of government.
