Bitcoin keeps gaining...STEEM along with Alt Coins. Not one at the expense of the other. BTC Dominance continues toward 60% mark.
We are seeing YUGE gains across the board with SO MANY crypto currencies this week. The Bitcoin Dominance Factor is dropping yet Bitcoin and tons of Alt Coins are both gaining. I find this interesting and very encouraging.
This screen cap shows the day and time of this post I am writing. If you look at the top of the page, in tiny blue writing you will see one of the key factors many in the Crypto space talk about - the Bitcoin Dominance Factor - which at TOW here as you can see is continuing to trend lower all the time these days - at 62.6%.
This means that out of all the Crypto Currencies on the market -- $BTC makes up 62.6 of the volume. Not long ago it was 90-95% of the space! This is a neat stat to always watch here on CoinMarketCap.com - this screenie was sorted by Top % Gains
I would like to point out something that is obvious in the numbers too but nobody is really discussing. Again you can see the proof here and at the top of the page again in small blue writing on CoinMarketCap.com: (Sorted by top total trade / tx volume gains here)
- and that is, that Bitcoin is doing $21B of volume yes... but the interesting correlation here is that there is still nearly $14B of volume NOT being done in Bitcoin!! Nearly $14B worth of crypto money is NOT IN BITCOIN VOLUME, or about 37% of the total market cap!
I have been watching this, watching Alt Coins make big gains.... watching Bitcoin make huge gains, watching these numbers and factors here work together and it is really something amazing to me.
All this new money is flowing into the Crypto space, the best products are making gains, and gaining traction, and I would say that people are pulling their money out of the fraudulent fiat, centralized government backed and regulated spaces and seeing Liberty and Freedom in the decentralized markets and ideas and THAT is a partial reason why you are seeing the...
having your cake and eating it too gains on both sides, in the crypto space.
And look, it is a Crypto FORK too! LOL
There are lots of things to consider and discuss with this, sure...... but what I want you to pull out of this today, is that the numbers and trends discussed here, today, that nobody is really mentioning, do not lie.
~14 Billion (%) of the total $35.5B crypto space and markets / money is in crypto OTHER than Bitcoin!! That's a yuge amount.

I just sold some BTC at an all time high today of $1343 :) Loading up on Steem very soon! ... Load up brother! ... Hope your feeling better today!
I think I'm a little late to the party :-( chugging away mining some DashCoin (DSH) atm. Possibly going to sell 1 coin of it by end of today haha. Interesting venture I'm having though, learning something new is always fun :-)
