Nocoiners are #Bitcoin skeptics who persist in putting forth arguments that have been thoroughly and repeatedly refuted for years.
There's a very big difference between the nocoiner who doesn't participate because they recognize their own ignorance (they've always been welcomed) and the nocoiner who openly flaunts that ignorance as if it is a virtue (e.g., Krugman or Roubini). It was invented for the latter.
