Green Eggs and SCAMS! (the Word, the Form and the Nature)

Everyone has had some exposure to what a "scam" is TO THEM..

I say "to them" because a "scam" is completely relative to YOU, your experience and your perspective.

Do you think the thousands of people that invested and profited and kept the earns that Madoff generated for them, felt HE was SCAM.. Did they ALL step forward and hand over their 1000%+ returns and show up for a jail term along with him? NO.

When the collapse of AIG, Lehman Bros. and Bear Stearns led to a systemic collapse of the global financial system, costing working class people 9 MILLION jobs, their homes, pensions and life savings -- Did we call ALL THOSE COMPANIES a scam?

WHY NOT? Because they were able to last for decades running the "scam" successfully?

When current operating banks (i.e. Wells Fargo) open accounts without customer consents, signatures or approvals to meet quotas, THEN blame supervised employees that were really whistle-blowers and don't penalize a single ONE of the persons who instructed the employee to do exactly that, but instead give themselves million-dollar performance bonuses (based on the same fraudulent activities) -- Why isn't this a "scam"?

Because we KNOW WHO is responsible and because their English is good and their website is highly developed?

In my opinion: Almost ANYTHING can work UNTIL it doesn't.
Whether it's a Legitimate business, our UncleSam or it's just a brand new Scam.

Attaching the word "scam" to EVERY new budding technology, adventure, start-up, investment or business in the financial or growing cryptocurrency industry is not going to help identify the ventures that DO have a malicious scamming intent from the beginning.

Every failed business is NOT a scam because it didn't succeed. And every current and successful business doesn't necessary qualify as NOT being a scam. The form and nature of the business will, in time, reveal itself.

Do your own research, make your own decisions and take your loss-lumps as sugar in the sometimes bitter coffee of investing life and your successes as milestones in your own risk tolerance.
