You are unlikely to become a millionaire through investing in GRC but we have tangible results in the scientific research that we support. In my opinion GRC is undervalued but even without any growth in value every GRC you buy is helping a citizen scientist offset their electricity bill and to keep doing real science.

Gridcoin has been around for several years and has been rewarding volunteer computing for science through the BOINC platform.
BOINC itself has been around since 1999.
