What Distinguishes Steller's Currency From Other Digital Currencies?

although the market value of up to hundreds of millions of dollars in this sector, but there is a small percentage of projects digital currencies do what they must to differentiate itself and add more value and knowledge to the existing projects.

Over the past two weeks, Stellar has seen a 35% rise in prices, with market capitalization rising by $ 5 billion. Thus, Stellar surpassed the Lattie Coin currency to become the sixth largest currency by market value. Digital fundamentalist lovers point to Stiller as "rickety, but less evil." Technically, Stellar is a network that focuses on serving people who do not engage with banks - that is, enabling those who do not have access to banking services with a financial ecosystem that can transfer funds and small payments in a semi-free manner.

Although Stellar's basic idea is certainly admirable, the term "revolutionary financial ecosystem" may be the most common term among all digital currency projects. But what distinguishes Stellar from those projects? Why does IBM show all this interest in building its own initiative on this platform? To answer this question, one must look at the essence of the network itself, as the characteristics that characterize Stiller lie in its internal mechanisms.

Stellar is not a traditional blocin network
The Stellar network is not the same as the ethylene and bauxite networks. The exact relationship of its traditional pluxin network is not explicitly defined, but its platform has evolved beyond the balkshine. Stellar, like other pluxin networks, uses distributed records technology consisting of peer-to-peer and individual-contract partnerships. However, network implementation and organization of participants differs from traditional protocols, as they are designed to address the access and security problems associated with most of today's proxy networks.

The Stellar network uses the Stellar Protocol for Compliance (SCP) , which is better than PoW and PoS, as it works for the FBAS system. While these terms appear to be very complex, their course of action seems quite clear. Unlike PoW, which requires computing power to participate, and PoS that require assets, the SCP protocol involves participation in groups called Quorums.

Traditionally, the system consists of a central and decentralized part - that is, there is cooperation between individual actors and one authority. With the Stellar network, individual participants act as members of Quorums alongside the Global Decade. These groups reach a consensus on groups of transactions, known as Quorums, which are subsequently confirmed. They are verified through the global contract. There can also be any number of these global nodes, representing major financial institutions and other reliable sources, while participation in Quorums is available to all.

This collective approach thus provides many of the main advantages compared to conventional pluchen networks. In addition to decentralized supervision, which is also maintained by public ports, the Stellar network includes the following attributes:

  1. Low response time, where transactions are sent and processed in seconds at a cost close to zero.

  2. Flexible trust, where users enjoy free confidence in certain parties and ignore those potentially harmful.

  3. There is close security, which effectively prevents malicious actors from disrupting the network, even if they use enormous computing power (much more than the Nettokin network can defend itself against).

Recent developments of Steller
As such, many projects were built on the Stellar network. As mentioned earlier, IBM was working heavily with Stiller, and recently announced a stable currency based on the Steeler network. Another exciting initiative is the Tiller network.

Tides is a decentralized network of peer-to-peer health insurance. The TIDE currency, which operates on a steller network, will be used by participants to organize themselves in self-insurance pools. Where they will be able to make payments, claims, and vote on issues while the healthcare experience becomes completely free of intermediaries.
