UASF/bitcoin 1.0 has been released.

Hi everyone, UASF-Segwit:1.0 has been released with plenty of important changes to promote network cohesion.

Preferentially peer with nodes enforcing BIP148 to avoid partitioning risk.
Check BIP148 on historical blocks and rewind if necessary.
Bugfix: net: Apply whitelisting criteria to outgoing connections.
Disconnect primary nodes relaying invalid blocks instead of DoS banning them so they can reorg to the main chain properly.
Add a -bip148 option (on by default).
Add BIP148 functional test.
Docs: Add BIP148. I urge anyone that is still only "signalling" their support via UA comment, to upgrade to an enforcing node now; it is vital that you are running this version well before August 1st.
