BITCOIN priced at 4000+ USD

If we remember 2nd or 3rd Week of July, it was expected that, Bitcoin will go down from August 1 after UASF. But looks like this is not the case. In fact BTC just hit All time high on August 12, 2017.

After touching lowest in few months, 1898 $ on July 16, it continued to rise. The market looks bullish for the past 1 week.

Will Bitcoin touch 6000$ at the end of 2017? Or is it just a pump and dump?
