So i was wrong I guess.. as far as the country codes go, visa is accepted worldwide so as long as you change the country code on the account, then Im sure it can be used anywhere.. Please update this if I am missing something.
christoryan: Venezuelans cant use normal credit or debit cards outside Venezuela because a exchange control established for over 10 years, need specific solutions like Cryptobuyer to use abroad, thanks so much for your post!
