There are a couple of things that are rarely mentioned in the Wright Satoshi mystery. 1. Everyone wants Satoshi to be some zen prophet like figure. But perhaps it’s precisely because Craig is such an arsehole that he kept hidden for so long. If he hadn’t his personality would have harmed Bitcoin adoption.

1. Craig has big issues with the Australian Tax Office. If he conclusively proved he was Satoshi he would have bigger ones. Perhaps this is why he’s taken this path.
