IMO, all cloud mining sites are a scam, except hashnest since they are backed by Bitmain. As i write this, the hashflaire.io website seems to be down for "maintenance". If they promise fixed returns over a period of time, you can be sure they are not legit and are only out to steal your money. It is impossible for cloud mining companies to promise a fixed return as there are just so many variables to look into.
