Although there are legitimate concerns about ICOs and certain cryptos, this ban is throwing out the baby with the bathwater - but then I think that is a deliberate ploy to associate legitimate crypto currencies like Bitcoin, Dash, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum etc with scams.
