P.S. re-read the last part of my blog. I significantly edited it to add details and clarify. I’m 22 hours into a 36 hour water-only fasting. Only 4 hours sleep thus far in the past 27 hours. Feeling great.
Your post reinforced what I've seen coming for about two years, any market with value is eventually going to succumb to the power structures who've run the world for hundreds if not thousands of years. The fungibility of BTC looks like it will turn into its Archilles heel. Any label could be attached to the undefined "used for crime" mantra - ie didn't declare for taxation, didn't provide ID, didn't channel it through and audited banking channel. The spectrum is so wide and so ill defined anything could fall under the banner of illicit.
No doubt the the price will surge after the halving but the "legal" implications could see some massive changes on the crypto landscape, some will make massive gains but many will see massive losses.
I really appreciate the heads up, I'm not seeing this discussed anywhere else.
