Can We Use Bitcoin To Buy Real Estate? 〜ビットコインで不動産が買える？？〜
Recently, I found a store like this photo. Here is Azabujuban, high class residential area in the downtown of Tokyo.
最近麻布十番商店街にこんなお店が出来ました！！
This picture says "Bit Real Estate", so I wonder this orange logo is related to Bitcoin...??
これ、どう見てもビットコインが関係してるとしか思えませんよね…？？
Hum..., I searched "Bit Real Estate" words on Google..
ということでビット不動産なるものを検索してみました(O_O)

This is the description of "Bit Real Estate",
and this page says "We will help you use Bitcoin to buy real estate or pay your rent "
I think "Are there any implication??" because they don't declare "you can use Bitcoin"!!
こちらに不動産屋の紹介が載っていたんですけど、
”ビットコインでの不動産購入、家賃支払いお手伝いできます”
とのことです。
「購入出来ます！」と言い切らないところはまだ仮想通貨払いがグレーゾーンなのかな？
In Japan, when we use cryptocurrency, we are imposed a duty for the profit from the price when we bought this coin.
Is it the same as other countries...??
I think this tax system is complex, and it disturbs us paying with any cryptocurrencies...
someone has bought house by Bitcoin??? I wonder that...
日本は仮想通貨払いをした場合も今の段階では税制が複雑ですからね…
実際のところビットコインで支払いをする利用者はいるのかちょっと気になるところです〜
