Bitcoin under $10000!

Is it time to worry about cryptocurrency? Bitcoin not able to break through. Last day of January, 2018 and still struggling in the range of $10000 to $13000 but few time it has gone bellow $10000 like today it is trading under $10000.

Cryptocurrency is virtual and does not have any physical value like gold or silver. It is traded digitally and can be used to exchange for different cryptocurrencies in the world. Now these are used to buy airline tickets (Expedia), merchandise (overstock) and more. Starbucks, Amazon are planning to add bitcoin on their platforms.

These currencies are mined by miners. These miners perform difficult algorithm to approve a transactions which are in blockchain. It is very difficult to hack blockchain as information is divided in different blocks.

Investors decide the value of these coins. For example Bitcoin is trading at $9900 and if investor is ready to pay that amount transaction is processed and then approved by miners. Since the transaction is done digitally it cannot be reversed. These are very risky investments but very rewarding. Cryptocurrency has been giving huge returns such as 3K, 5k which has not been seen in stocks. Once it stabilize it might not able to give same returns but still it is in early stage.
