  We want to keep you updated on the technical difficulties that have interrupted payouts in the last few days. Our team has been working to address every aspect of this problem to restore service, and now we’re able to update you in more detail.

On the night of Friday July 21st, we detected an unauthorized intrusion by an attacker. This attacker gained access to a hot wallet and was able to transfer funds which we will reimburse in full. Shortly after the intrusion was detected, our team was able to shut down the attack. Every single one of our customers will receive their missing payouts as soon as we’re sure about the safety and integrity of our payment system. One of the advantages of the daily payout system is that it helps prevent actual losses, even in moments like these that cause delays.

The next payout is being scheduled, and all missing mining profits will be paid out to our users during the coming days. Genesis Mining will cover the full amount, and you will receive all of your payouts. The mining profits will be released gradually with the usual daily payouts, so you will receive two payouts a day instead of the usual single payout per day, until all missing payments are complete. We’re sorry for any delays in ticket responses, and I want to personally assure you that our Customer Service team will respond to each and every concern you have.

Now that we have all the statements....let's kill some stupid rumours :

1. The hacker sole all Genesis Miming money, they are bankrupt, and they lie to cover it.
   Dude....the hacker ( as the public statement says) hacked on 21.07.2017. . So all he could steal from the "mining operation" was 1 DAY OF MINING profits, as the last GM payment was made for day 20.07.2017. If he stole ALL the clients money....that was all he could steal.

2. Genesis mining was struck by bad luck and they did not mine any ETH block from February.
   Dude....you mean that all Enigma farm could not find a 5 ETH block mining from February? It's impossible not to find a 5 eth block with 10 graphic cards since February. I think there is a higher chance I find your Bitcoin wallet private key at the first try than Enigma not finding a block since February. This was written by somebody who does not have a clue about mining.
   The only ways Enigma did not find a 5 ETH block since February is "Enigma does not exist" or "Enigma is not mining".

Now let us talk about some fishy stuff that does not fit in this movie presented by Genesis Mining and smell like LIES!!! :

1. Live feed webcam stopped on Enigma farm.

• Why did they stop it? When a lot of people are afraid they are running away with the money, they stop the live feed? I doubt hackers hack using a camera that was pointed at the graphic cards. As I understand the hacking took place at the program that manages the money, not at the mining graphic cards. Now people are starting to ask if when the camera will start.....will we see some empty shelves ? Starting to think something ele is going on in Enigma farm and is hidden from us.
  

  2. Not making payments, afraid of the security breach.

• first...my dear GM...in this case you are more secure without the money...so start paying them
• second...should you not be afraid for the accounts with the money from the buyers? why are you still selling then?
  

  3. Patching and auditing the security breach for a week

• this hacker must have attacked and breached all their coins...?!?!?!? the master program that makes the payments over all the coins?!?!?!? if so.....what has this to do with stopping the live feed on Enigma farm, the work done should not be there..?!?!?! and if so....why the selling hashrate of the site is not stopped, not the same "audit" and "working hard to patch" for that?!?!?!?!
• a company the size of GM .....one week to path a discovered security breach?!?!?!?!
  

  4. We hope to go back to normal sometime this week

• 3-rd party audit involved and no deadlines? a business this size in a shitty situation like this and no deadlines?Pardon my french....a bull-shitty situation like this.......so scared of being robbed, yet taking your money for hashrate into their accounts...your crypto-money I mean.....

If they pay only part of the clients....and only for day 21....the "hacked on 21.07" story makes no sense. I mean....if they got hacked on 21.07 and the hacker stole only the mining money for day 21.... why not pay for 22,23,24,25,26 at once? Why only for 1 day? It becomes clear to me that THEY DON'T HAVE THE MONEY. Don't know why...maybe a 5 days power failure , maybe the equipment got on fire or maybe the sprinklers started for nothing and destroyed the equipment......and for these the offline live video feed would make sense...... . I am beginning to believe that the "hacked on 21" is just another lie.....GENESIS MINING!!!!! WE WANT PROOF OF LIFE FOR ENIGMA!!!!! LIKE VITALIK......
