i have a little problem in world crypton , on Wednesday 1st March at 13.22 exactly I made a transaction. I want to buy sbd from bitcoin to steemit via blocktrades , but there was an error, I chose ethereum bitcoin to steem dollar

actually i want to deposit from litecoin bitcoin to steem dollar, may be less thorough in making transactions.
I have been waiting for so long but the transaction to the dollar steam wallet has not yet entered, but the history of transaction in bitcoin is successful.

then i reported my transaction to bitcoin and they declared success, then I also reported my transaction to the blocktrades that my transaction did not go into the steemit wallet.
