Had the same issue with wallets not supporting bitpay and made a quick app to solve that: https://github.com/alexk111/DeBitpay It extracts the transaction requirements (bitcoin address, amount, min tx fee) out of Bitpay invoices (the same way the supporting wallets do), so that we could make direct transactions without moving btc to intermediate "supported" wallets.
