How I made 1000 $ profit from 5 $

Hi my name is Aleks and today I will talk about my profits with bitcoin.A year ago I invested 5 $ in bitcoin and I started monitoring prices for bitcoin and 7 other cryptocurrencies.In one year I got 1000 $ profit from just monitoring the prices and exchanging bitcoin for something else and back at a later time.So what I did is when the btc price was very high and the other coin eg: litecoin was at realy low price I exchaged it and when bitcoin price lowered and litecoin price got higher I exchanged it back.
