~1 Month BEAR on NEO?

Look at the pump humps in blue. Next pump to begin in late Sept. / early Oct.? I have been saying, since the peak was determined, that NEO needs to retrace back down, specifically to the 0.00675 - 0.00725 BTC range. It may not fall within these ends but if we see NEO continue downward, perhaps it will fall close to those numbers.
