Bitcoin getting boring? Technical Analysis, Curve Reversal and 2014 Comparison

Foreword: Unfortunately I am a "small account" and I was out of RC and could not post. IMO many smaller accounts will leave steemit because this new implementation. Whoever came here to grow from 0 (as I did), will have a hard time posting from now on. But don't give up guys. Ok, now back to BITCOIN.

Bitcoin became a little boring lately, hovering in the same 10% channel forever. There's not too much to say, we have to wait and see what the next interaction, with the yellow descending trend line, will bring us. We had a small spike, but as soon as we hit the 6750$ barrier, we dropped again and bounced at Ichimoku's Tenkan (blue)

Moving Averages: we're still under the 55 day MA (despite the previous spike) and bounced today briefly at the 21 MA (yellow), the last MA that we didn't break.

A closer look at the 1h chart: as soon as we reached the 6750$ resistance we dropped hardly. This could have been prevented by looking at the bearish RSI divergence.

However, on the bigger time frame (1W) it looks like we've found or bottom: somewhere around this 6000-ish $ area. The volume is also slowly rising again. Breaking this range could result in a long and nasty drop, lasting even a year from now. The correction from 2014 lasted 413 days and had its lowest point at -85% retracement. So far in 2018 we have our lowest at -70% retracement and are in this correction for almost 300 days.
