BCH will be credited to Poloniex users today (8/14 depending on your timezone). Its not determined if they will open market for them right away but i see no reason why not.

BitGo one of the best wallets with API calls will add BCH balances to everyone and give full support of BCH.

Popular service allowing to buy games directly with crypto decided to add BCH as payment option.
