Bitcoin is all about numbers

in #bitcoin6 years ago

About the fact that Bitcoin exploded today whilst USDT(Tether) broke its USD pegged cryptocurrency status downwards I already wrote a bit earlier in a post, but since this day was not an ordinary one and it started as a promising one also for a long awaited bull run I took a look at some charts on coinmarketcap.com and the first was of course the Bitcoin one. It's no.1 cryptocurrency of course.

It's not the first time when I compare and analyze with my humble knowledge and understanding cryptocurrencies charts but I was totally amazed to read what was the price of Bitcoin exactly one year ago and what it is right now. And what do you know, it's just $1,111 more expensive than it was exactly one year ago.

What's even more interesting is that exactly one year ago BTC was selling at $5,555 and at the moment of checking the charts it was valued at $6,666. It's not actually exactly $1,111 in its price difference due to some 0.3 cents but it feels like numbers were wrote on a keyboard on this chart and not an outcome of typical markets activity.

I have to admit that I always liked spotting such numbers and all sort of numerical coincidences although I don't know too much about numerology and things related to it and this situation with the one year chart for Bitcoin really amazed me and fits perfectly in such situations. When looking at the numbers though one can say that Bitcoin came from a rather dull number in its price value to a devilish one.

It's probably that the devil is not buying Bitcoin just to get it valued to that specific number but USDT managed to take out the bad out of Bitcoin today. I'm curious what it will be one year from now. Until then my hopes are for its price to constantly rise and at least repeat the last year's pattern and to witness new ATHs by the end of 2018. That would be great, isn't it?
