How to Make Mango Pickle?
Ingredients:
100 gm pickle masala
200 gm salt
250 ml mustard oil
1 kilograms raw mango
How to make Mango Pickle
Step 1: First put a kadhai on medium flame and heat oil in it.
Step 2: Next, wash the raw mangoes and pat them dry. Using a kitchen knife, cut them into small pieces.
Step 3: Next, sprinkle salt on the mango pieces and put them aside for half an hour. Then, add the pickle masala and mix well.
Step 4: Now, add 3/4 of the lukewarm oil in the mango pieces and mix well. Put this mango mixture in a jar and pour the remaining oil in it. Leave this jar aside for 24 hours. Next day, you will be able to enjoy the raw mango pickle!
