Bitcoin y su logo ya son marcas registradas en Argentina
This seems like a joke, just to think that this logo and name of the main cryptocurrency in the market are registered trademarks. Can other people use them?

This has been carried out this past May 2022, and said registration can be corroborated in the national institute of industrial property whose registration number is 3964982.
This is something quite glassy since the person who registers it is NOT the owner of the brand, this is because the Bitcoin brand belongs to the community.
What happens if I use the Bitcoin name and logo? Absolutely nothing happens, since the owner cannot take any type of legal action that could restrict its use. There can only be someone who opposes it, the NGO of Bitcoin Argentina, to protect the entire community in the free use of the name and brand.

Esto se ha llevado a cabo este pasado mayo del 2022, y dicho registro puede corroborarse en el instituto nacional de la propiedad industrial cuyo número de registro es el 3964982.
Esto es algo bastante vidrioso ya que quien lo registra NO es el propietario de la marca, esto es porque la marca Bitcoin le pertenece a la comunidad.
¿Que pasa si utilizo el nombre y el logotipo de Bitcoin? No pasa absolutamente nada, ya que el titular no puede realizar ningún tipo de acciones legales que pueda restringir su uso. Solo puede existir alguien que se opobnga, la ONG de Bitcoin Argentina, para proteger a toda la comunidad en el uso libre del nombre y la marca.
